BioI am on a weight-loss journey! I have started at over 400 lbs., and I intend to less than half that weight (199 lbs.) by the end of 2010. My trainer is Jack Bell of Absolute FIT in Fort Oglethorpe, GA., and I could not have a better facilitator for serious weight loss.
